Vistify, Inc. ("Vistify," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") understands that privacy is important to our users. Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy discloses how we use, disclose and protect the information of visitors to our website at www.vistifyinc.com (the "Website") as well as the information of our restaurant customers ("Customers") when they use our software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform for creating dynamic on-brand menus, including information provided through our Customer portal at https://vmenu.embeddigital.com (collectively, "Services").

  • We collect Personally Identifiable Information from visitors to our Website and from our Customers. This information is voluntarily provided and used for the purposes for which it was provided. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information from the patrons of our Customers.

  • Subscription plan details and renewal preferences.

3. Menu and Media Content

  • Videos, images, descriptions, and pricing Customers upload to the Services.
  • Metadata associated with uploaded files (file type, format, date of upload).

4. Communications and Support Data

  • Copies of emails, chat messages, or phone call notes with our support team.
  • Feedback, surveys, or reviews submitted about the Services.
  • Error reports or technical logs generated during troubleshooting.

5. Platform Usage Data

  • Logins and activity within the admin dashboard.

  • Audit trails (who created, modified, or deleted content).
